Megan said that she always tries to be ‘mindful’ when it comes to raising River and Rosie, hence the name of her range.

In July last year, Megan reflected on her battle with postnatal depression, which she suffered after giving birth to River in 2014.

It was the same year that her father, Alan, and Shaun’s father, Tom, both died.

Speaking on the podcast Tales From the Fourth Trimester, Megan recalled ‘crying every day’ from May to November that year.

‘I do remember crying every day, but I don’t think it was because of dad. I feel like it was because of feeling like I was not coping,’ Megan explained.

She added that she wasn’t able to distinguish between her feelings of tiredness and depression at the time, which made her condition hard to diagnose.

‘Am I just tired and emotional? Is it hormones or am I a little bit depressed?’ she said.
