Angie Kent accuses Gogglebox cast of BULLYING in a lengthy Twitter rant after they mocked her for going on The Bachelorette and Dancing with the Stars
Ex-Gogglebox star Angie Kent has hit back at cast member Di Kershaw for shading her celebrity career during the season 11 premiere.
In the episode, which first aired on Foxtel on Wednesday, Di took a swipe at Angie for appearing on multiple reality shows since leaving Gogglebox in 2018.
It wasn’t the first time Di had publicly criticised Angie, as the 74-year-old art dealer had previously mocked her debut as The Bachelorette last year.

‘Since leaving @GoggleboxAU for family reasons and then taking opportunities that came my way, I have had nothing but love and support for my Gogglebox fam,’ Angie tweeted.
‘So to see this not once but three times now on every adventure I’ve been on has been quite disappointing,’ she added, referring to her stints on I’m a Celebrity, The Bachelorette and DWTS.
‘I normally keep quiet when it comes to negativity surrounding what I do with my life but this is the third time and with all the online bullying and bullying in general I think sometimes it’s not always best to keep quiet and to stick up for yourself.
‘I’m going to keep spreading the love and support those of my @GoggleboxAU fam who know me and know that I’m exactly the same gal. Who am I to turn down the chance to explore a life I never even imagined? Life’s for living.’
Taking the high road: Angie responded to Di’s criticisms in a series of Twitter posts on Friday
On Gogglebox’s season 11 premiere on Wednesday, Di had some harsh words for Angie while reviewing her debut on Dancing with the Stars.
‘She was on Gogglebox, then went to the jungle, then she became the Bachelorette, and now she’s a dancing star,’ she sniped.
‘She’s no dancer, that’s for sure.’

Last year, Di ridiculed Angie for her appearance on The Bachelorette.
In footage from the dating show, Angie described herself as a ‘Bachelorette up the top [and a] bogan down the bottom,’ referring to the fact she was wearing tracksuit bottoms.
Watching with disgust on Gogglebox, Di snapped, ‘Darling, you’re a bo…’ before stopping herself and saying: ‘I won’t comment on that!’

When the Bachelorette contestants greeted Angie on the red carpet, Di sighed with disapproval as the likes of Timm Hanly and Jamie Doran stepped out the limousine.
She said: ‘If you were a visitor to this country and you had to judge the population [based] on the three people that just walked in, you would leave.’
Angie and her former housemate Yvie Jones were original Gogglebox cast members but left in December 2018 to pursue media careers.
