Nadia Bartel hasn’t aged a day in eight years – and here’s the picture that proves it.
A throwback photo from 2012 shows the 34-year-old fashion designer, who was then aged 26, looking almost exactly the same as she does now.
The only physical change in almost a decade is Nadia’s hair colour, which used to be dark brown but is now a lighter shade.

The photo was shared to Instagram on Friday by Nadia’s sister, Michelle Ring, and shows the two women sitting at a restaurant in matching outfits.
Nadia’s complexion is picture-perfect, with not a line or blemish in sight, while her usually blonde locks are a deep brown shade.
While the mother-of-two has never revealed whether she’s had Botox, she has confessed to getting a skin tightening treatment called Thermage FLX.

In a series of videos shared to Instagram Stories on Tuesday, the budding fashion designer promoted the benefits of the procedure which she had done by a therapist at a Melbourne clinic.
‘I have done Thermage before but this is the new technology which covers more surface area than the old Thermage and offers a more superior result,’ she wrote.
Explaining the process for the face, the therapist said she uses a ‘lift and pull’ motion, focusing on the ‘marionette lines’ around Nadia’s mouth and cheeks.
The treatment, which Nadia also uses on the stomach, has been described as a non-surgical option for tightening, lifting and contouring the skin.

It helps to fight against the signs of ageing, including loose and sagging skin, and is recommended for people aged 35 and over.
‘After carrying the boys, I’ve just got a little bit of loose skin, which hopefully with Thermage we’re going to fix up,’ Nadia said in one of the Instagram videos.
Nadia shares sons Aston, four, and Henley, one, with ex-husband Jimmy Bartel, 36.
She confirmed their split in August last year after months of speculation, and said her priority was to look after their two young sons.
