‘Training with your family is the BEST’: Michelle Bridges takes Axel, four, on a mother-son coastal hike without ex-partner Commando following her drink driving charge
Michelle Bridges, 49, announced her separation from partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis, 43, last month.
And on Monday, the celebrity trainer referenced the delights of ‘family’ while on a mini Sydney adventure with their four-year-old son, Axel.
Pictured only with the couples’ boy, Michelle appeared to enjoy an active day out without his father Commando in tow.

‘Training outdoors with your family is the BEST,’ Michelle captioned a gallery of photos in her signature activewear look.
‘Carrying a 22kg weight pack up a mountain of stairs was [challenging],’ she joked, as one photo showed Axel being piggybacked up a stoned staircase.
Michelle’s son clung tight to his mother’s back and later held her hand sweetly as they continued their hike.
One day earlier, Michelle spent the afternoon at the beach with Axel, as she shared a photo taking the child to the shoreline with a bucket in hand.

Michelle confirmed her split from Steve last month, after she had been caught drink driving on Australia Day.
She and Steve met while filming The Biggest Loser in 2007, at a time when they were both in relationships with other people.
They began dating in 2015, after splitting from their respective partners, and welcomed Axel in December that year.

Michelle was fined $750 and had her licence disqualified for three months after pleading guilty to mid-range drink driving last month.
Steve is reportedly now dating fellow trainer and glamorous mother-of-two Harika Vancuylenberg (also known as Harika Yazdre).
The couple reportedly met last November, when Harika attended Steve’s fitness retreat in Tahiti.
Steve and Harika’s friendship later evolved into a romance once he had broken up with Michelle, according to Woman’s Day.
