The Bachelor’s Chelsie McLeod shows off her toned abs as she works out EVERYDAY in March 

The Bachelor’s Chelsie Mcleod has challenged herself to workout every single day in the month of March. 

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the 28-year-old chemical engineer showed off the fruits of her labour as she shared a picture of her incredibly toned abs. 

Chelsie’s toned tummy was on full display in a grey sports bra, leggings and New Balance sneakers as she leaned on a tree in Melbourne’s Botanical Gardens. 

‘Made a commitment to myself to workout every day in March,’ Chelsie captioned the post.  

‘One week DONE (even though that meant going on a run at 10pm the other night). 

‘One thing that keeps me motivated is setting new goals/challenges but keeping them small enough that they are achievable and I don’t give up.’ 

Chelsie spent the day with fellow Bachelor contestant Sogand Mohtat, 30, having brunch and then working out at the Botanical Gardens.  

The night before, Chelsie and Sogand went out for drinks and posted a seductive video of themselves licking the froth off of espresso martinis. 

‘Matt’s shaking,’ Sogand captioned the post, referencing last year’s Bachelor Matt Agnew, who Chelsie broke up with in November. 

Chelsie was declared the winner of the Bachelor last year after Matt Agnew chose her as his match. 

Matt disappeared off social media after their split in November while Chelsie is often seen with her Bachelor friends such as Sogand and Jessica Brody. 

Last month, she was pictured getting cosy with The Bachelorette’s ‘stage-five clinger’ Jamie Doran at a bar. 

But Chelsie later took to her Instagram story, explaining that they were ‘just friends’ and she was still single.
