‘We got to the US just in the nick of time’: Beauty guru Zöe Foster Blake visits New York to meet with magazine editors amid coronavirus pandemic to promote new skincare line

Last week Zöe Foster Blake flew to the U.S. to promote her skincare line, Go-To.

On Wednesday, the 39-year-old revealed on Instagram she was lucky enough to meet with magazine editors in New York, before parts of the city prepared to go into lockdown.

‘Well heck, I think we got to the US just in the nick of time,’ she wrote.

‘Yesterday we were meeting editors at Condé Nast who were saying they would probably be asked to work from home soon,’ she continued.

‘Today: all working from home, no meetings. We just scraped through. If we’d arrived today the whole press trip would have been a fail.’

Zöe had been lucky enough to meet with editors at the publishing company which produces some of America’s most influential beauty magazines – including Vogue, Allure and Glamour.

Hamish, 38, joked in an Instagram post that he’s been forced to wear jumbo nappies after anxious shoppers emptied the nations shelves of everyday items.

‘Really great, uncomfortable, super expensive, bad value hack for if you can’t get toilet paper at the moment,’ Hamish wrote in the post’s caption.

‘Stay strong. Stay creative,’ the father-of-two added, alongside a photo of himself holding up a jumbo packet of nappies in his local supermarket.
