The 34-year-old complemented the coat with a pink sweatshirt and a pair of skintight black leggings.
She finished the look with some thin black sunglasses, a silver necklace and a pair of black rubber Christian Dior combat boots.
Shayk carried a black Mozart tote bag on her arm as she took a call while running errands.
She reportedly grabbed lunch with Cooper, 45, and their daughter Lea, two, last week at Pier59 Studios.

According to ET, she was there for a Victoria’s Secret shoot when they stopped by on her break.
The outing comes after the exes made their first public appearance together since the split.
They were both in attendance last month at a British Vogue party in London, where they posed with editor-in-chief Edward Enninful.
She said in her British Vogue cover story: ‘Two great people don’t have to make a good couple.’
‘I think we’ve been very lucky to experience what we had with each other. Life without B is new ground.’
