So longtime fans of the franchise were over the moon after they spotted Jarrod Woodgate in the trailer for the show’s upcoming third season.
However, Daily Mail Australia can reveal that the 34-year-old vineyard manager won’t appear on the show, and that another contestant was mistaken for him in the trailer.

The mystery man in the trailer is actually Glenn Smith, who briefly appeared in Angie Kent’s season of The Bachelorette.
Despite making it more than halfway through Angie’s season, the 31-year-old mechanic received very little screentime.
On Saturday, Jarrod shut down rumours of his return to Paradise, writing on Instagram: ‘Just to set the record straight, I am not going back into Paradise.’
He added: ‘I will not be making the same mistake thrice.’

Bachelor and Bachelorette veterans Ciarran Stott, Timm Hanly and Brittany Hockley have already been confirmed for the upcoming season of Bachelor in Paradise.
And it appears the controversial Ciarran will be at the centre of the drama as he kisses Jessica Brody in an explosive trailer for season three which was released on Thursday.
Bachelor bombshells Helena Sauzier, Mary Viturino, Brittney Weldon and Cassandra Mamone were also in the trailer as well as Keira Maguire, who will be joining BIP for a second time.

At the start of the trailer, Ciarran recreated his famous Bachelorette scene by walking onto the set butt naked with nothing but grapes covering his genitals.
‘Oi Abbie! I brought you some grapes!’ he said in the clip.
Sitting next to Bachelor veteran Brittney Weldon, Abbie Chatfield was flustered by the entrance, calling Ciarran ‘hot’ and a ‘naughty boy’.
Meanwhile, blonde beauty Helena’s mouth hung open at the tatted-up spectacle while brunette bombshell Brittany said: ‘Oh my God!’

In the teaser, Ciarran also kisses Jessica while sitting on a surfboard gliding across the water during a rainstorm.
‘We had the most perfect kiss, in the most perfect setting,’ Jessica said in the voice over.
But the romantic moment came crashing to an end during a dramatic dinner party at the end of the trailer.

The Bachelorette’s Jamie Doran was also in the trailer, looking serious at the dinner table.
