Love Island’s Anton Danyluk unveils his incredible eight-week body transformation


Anton Danyluk unveiled his impressive eight-week body transformation on Instagram on Monday evening.

The Love Island 2019 contestant, 25, uploaded before and after images to highlight his progress over the course of two months, which saw him shed seven pounds in total.

Boasting a slightly-more defined six-pack, the media personality shared his delight at meeting his New Year’s resolution to ‘get lean’ and revealed he’s embarked on a series of lifestyle changes to maintain his physique.

The reality star posed in just a towel as he showcased his ripped abs and toned upper body. 

Personal trainer Anton gave himself a pat on the back for achieving his goals as he captioned the image: ‘I set myself a goal at the start of the year to get lean and stay lean. Phase 1 complete. 

‘Phase 2 is to stay this lean which if anything will be harder and something I’ve never managed to do before. Full YouTube video coming this Friday talking through the full process.’

When asked how much weight he had lost, the TV star responded: ‘Only 7lbs bro Im@going to get leaner for summer.’ [sic]

He treated his social media followers to a peek at his morning workout on Tuesday, where he revealed how he plans to scale back his workout sessions.

The Scottish hunk shared: ‘Now that I’ve lost most of my weight, its about maintaining. It’s important I make my routine manageable. [Before] I was sore and hungry constantly.

‘I’ve cut my training to four cardio sessions and six weight sessions a week, it’s very important you get that rest day to recover.

‘I’ve put my calories up to 200 per day which will slowly increase to 2,500 a day, that should keep me in pretty good shape all year round.’

Late last month, Anton shared a throwback photo of himself as an ‘overweight, insecure, depressed’ child in a inspiring post.  

He captioned the image, ‘I wonder what the bullies would say now?’ referring to his past as a victim of verbal abuse from cruel children he went to school with.

‘Most of you now know me as Anton from Love Island but what you won’t know about me is as a kid I was overweight, insecure and on the border line of depression,’ he continued in the caption. 

‘I had two choices the first to give up, the second to change. I chose the latter, and have never looked back. Fitness has changed my life completely and since then I ave been on a mission to help others do the same.

‘If you had told me as that kid on the left, I would be on the biggest tv show in the UK having the confidence to show off my body to over 5M people on a daily basis I would have never believed you, I wouldn’t even take my top off on family holidays.

‘But I worked on improving myself everyday and I’ve achieved things in my life I never could have dreamed of. You can do anything in life if you put your mind to it. 

‘Focus on taking small steps to improving yourself everyday and changes will happy. Remember 1% each day is 365% at the end of the year. Now Iam on a journey to make my @antondfitness community massive.’
