Toni Terry indulged in a workout session from the comfort of her own garden on Instagram on Wednesday.
The 38-year-old slipped into an ab-flashing crop top and two-tone grey leggings as she made sure she kept in shape during the government-imposed lockdown amid the COVID:19 pandemic.
Toni, who is married to footballer John Terry, shared her video on Instagram in order to give other people ideas on how to workout from the comfort of their Surrey home.

She also managed to give people a glance at her stunning 18th century £5.5million mansion as she enjoyed some much-needed sunshine in the garden.
And in fact, her lawn looked so immaculate that people were asking her if it was real grass or astro-turf in the comments section.

People have been looking at ways to keep entertained and to stay fit as under the new rules, they are only allowed out of the house once a day to exercise.

He also said that key workers could continue to work and people can leave the house to pick up essential groceries.
