Jono told Daily Mail Australia earlier this month meanwhile, that he believes high-intensity training (HIIT) is the best form of exercise for weightloss.

Jono’s top priority is helping his clients feel good about themselves.

The Men’s Health trainer suggests that clients take regular selfies to keep track of their weight loss. A Fitbit or Apple Watch is helpful for monitoring progress as well.
