She is only 21 but already has a string of high profile Hollywood roles behind her.

And on Wednesday, actress Elle Fanning showed off her newly colored hair on her Instagram Story as she self-isolates at home during the coronavirus pandemic.

The former child star posed for the bathroom selfie with her long blonde hair wet and streaked with pink.

On Monday, Elle had excitedly shared with her social media followers the first teaser trailer for her new Hulu streaming series The Great.

The satirical show about Russian ruler Emperor Peter and his arranged marriage bride Catherine was created by Tony McNamara, who got an Oscar nomination for his screenplay for the film The Favourite.

The first season of 10 episodes starts with Catherine arriving in Russia to marry Peter, played by Nicolas Hoult.

She ultimately becomes Empress in her own right after orchestrating the killing of her husband and winning out the royal court and ends up becoming the longest female ruler in Russian history.

The Great premieres on Hulu on May 15.

Next up, Elle is set to star with her famous older sister Dakota Fanning in a World War II drama directed by French actress and filmmaker Melanie Laurent.

The two will play siblings in France whose lives are torn apart by the outbreak of war and follows them as they struggle to survive the Nazi occupation.

The movie is adapted from the best-selling novel The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah.

However, production on the project has been delayed due to the COVID-19 outbreak that has halted live-action TV shows and movies worldwide.
