Jennifer Garner made sure to get some fresh air amid lockdown.

The 47-year-old movie star was spotted taking separate strolls in Los Angeles on Wednesday with her daughters Violet, 14, and Seraphina, 11.

Early in the day Jennifer flaunted her athletic physique in a pair of form-fitting black leggings, over-sized sweatshirt and sneakers while out with Seraphina.

While taking a break from quarantine for some sunshine, the Golden Globe winner appeared to being staying active, as her youngest little girl trailed right behind her. 

Like Garner, the middle schooler rocked a pair of tennis shoes, but opted for some trendy polka dot pants pants and a cozy teddy bear jacket.

As the day wore on Jennifer could be glimpsed modeling a sweater with a broken heart print as she enjoyed a sunlit walk with Violet.

Last Thursday, the proud mother-of-three gushed about her kids being the ‘perfect’ age during the global pandemic crisis.

‘They are big enough to understand and to have the conversations like, “We’re built for challenge. We can do this. We’re a tough team. Let’s learn about a vacuum cleaner,’ she said on The Tonight Show At Home Edition.

‘The hard ones are teens and early 20s people and my parents. My parents [Patricia and William] are the hard ones. I’m like, “Dad, Mom, the world is shut down to keep you safe.” And they’re like, “We think we’re going to go to Sam’s Warehouse.” Stay home, you have to stay home!’

While Garner takes care of their kids, her ex has been seen packing on the PDA with his Deep Water onscreen wife Ana de Armas.

As for the Alias alum, she’s been quietly dating Cali Group chairman John Miller since May 2018, but the coy couple haven’t been pictured on a date since September 20.

Jennifer has also been hard at work on Save the Children and No Kid Hungry’s #SaveWithStories initative, which she co-founded on March 13 with her Catch Me If You Can co-star Amy Adams.

Additionally the Texan-born, West Virginia-raised beauty has been urging fans to stay safe indoors and wash their hands frequently.
