It comes after Millie revealed that she feels ‘proud’ of her body and accepts that it will never ‘quite be the same’ as she prepares to welcome her first child.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 30, shared an impassioned Instagram post earlier this week where she lamented the phrase ‘bounce back’, after people asked her if she was ‘excited’ to get her body back following the birth.

Millie revealed that although it will be a relief to no longer share her body with her growing little one, she will be focusing on raising her child rather than getting back into shape in the gym.

Millie is due to give birth to her first child with husband Hugo Taylor this spring.

Alongside the lengthy caption, Millie shared a sweet snap of her burgeoning baby bump, as she posed in a white lace bra and linen trousers.

Sharing her recent thoughts in the post, Millie penned: ‘With only a few weeks left in my pregnancy one of the things I’ve been thinking about is the term ‘bounce back’.  It’s a phrase I hear a lot but not one I feel is healthy.

Millie went on to reveal several people have said to her ‘I bet you can’t want to get your body back’, however she admitted she accepts it will never be the same.

She continued: ‘I know I will want to feel healthy and fit again, but I’ll be in a new body, one that I’ll be extra proud of thanks to it working its magic to create my daughter.

The reality star went on to urge others to be kind, and said: ‘Sadly, I’ve seen women trolled on Instagram for sharing beautiful and honest pictures of their post-partum bodies and that has to stop.

‘We need to be kinder to each other and to ourselves. The female body is a miracle. Women procreate, we give life and we work well in tribes, there’s a lot to be said for the power of the pack, which is why it’s so important to not only find acceptance with yourself, but to rally the women next to you in the process.’

Millie concluded by revealing that that her primary focus will be on her little girl with the support of her loved ones.

She added: ‘Sure I’ll have my moments (of what will seem like a distant size 8 memory) but I will work hard to embrace a new found respect for my body.

‘It would be great to hear from any of you that have had the same thoughts and how you have managed not just your expectations but that of the outside world #33weekspregnant.’

Last week, Millie has penned an emotional Instagram post revealing her anxiety about being pregnant and giving birth amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Millie admitted her worries now the government has advised pregnant women to stay indoors for three months.

Millie admitted she will keep busy by ‘nesting’ with Hugo and ‘taking each day as it comes’.

Sharing a photo of pink blossom on a sunny London day, the reality star gave her 1.3m Instagram followers an update on Tuesday, writing that ‘with a little under 8 weeks to go until our daughter is due to arrive, the situation the world finds itself in with Coronavirus is very much a concern’.

‘Even though I’m fully aware that worrying gets you nowhere, it’s understandable to be anxious about my baby arriving during this time, our natural instinct is to protect!’

‘The final pregnancy stretch brings with it a whole wave of emotions and as I’m trying to get into nesting mode, the world around me is in panic mode!’

She continued that she is trying to adapt to the changing situation and make the most of some enforced down time, explaining: ‘I certainly didn’t envision my daughter arriving into the world during the throes of a pandemic.

‘However that is where we are and instead of resisting it and causing internal personal panic I am trying to embrace the uncertainty by taking each day as it comes and enjoying this enforced maternity leave.’

The fitness fan added that she has plenty to keep her busy indoors, revealing: ‘I plan on doing at home workouts, watching all the tv on my to watch list, cooking my favourite comfort foods, reading, organising the house for our daughters arrival and spending quality time with Hugo’.

She ended her lengthy caption by urging her followers to look out for one another, writing that ‘humans are wired for survival but that can sometimes take us to a negative space where we self serve and don’t look after our community (remember it takes a village and in this case a nation).’

She continued: 'I know I will want to feel healthy and fit again, but I'll be in a new body, one that I'll be extra proud of thanks to it working its magic to create my daughter' (pictured with husband Hugo Taylor)
