DIRECTOR DEALS: Micro Focus boss and his wife spend £905,000 buying 238,500 shares in the group

The chairman of software group Micro Focus, Greg Lock, and his wife, Rosemary, spent £905,000 buying 238,500 shares in the group. 

Lock, 72, took over from Kevin Loosemore on Valentine’s Day, following a strategic review of the company. 

Lock spent 11 years as the chairman of fellow IT group Computacenter before stepping down last May. 

He and his wife own 438,500 Micro Focus shares that are worth £1.8million at current prices.
