The hit thriller took to its Twitter to reveal that the third season will now debut on Sunday April 12 as they unveiled a new explosive trailer.

Yet British viewers were left disappointed by the news as a UK release date still remains unknown, with fans speculating it could be June.

Killing Eve tweeted: ‘Ahhhhhhhhhhh. #KillingEve returns two weeks early, Sunday, April 12 at 9pm on @BBCAmerica and @AMC_TV.’

The programme also posted a new explosive first look at series three, which saw Eve Polastri alive and well after she was left for dead in series two.
