Karl and Jasmine Stefanovic have moved into a luxury waterfront mansion as they prepare to welcome their first child in a few weeks’ time.
The $7.3million property on Sydney’s lower north shore has plenty of space for a growing family, with a total of four bedrooms across four levels.
The Today host, 45, and his shoe designer wife, 36, used to live in a rental home Mosman but moved out ahead of Jasmine’s due date in May.

He parked in the driveway and was seen speaking on the phone.
Karl and Jasmine haven’t purchase the property, but are instead renting it for an estimated $2,900 per week.

The couple had previously lived in a mansion in Mosman, which is now back on the rental market for $3,250 per week.

Karl had moved into the $7million, five-bedroom home in 2017, several months after separating from his first wife, Cassandra Thorburn.
The former couple, who were married for 21 years, share three children: Jackson, 20, River, 12, and Ava, 14.
In December, Karl and Jasmine celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary after tying the knot in late 2018 in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Karl and Jasmine confirmed they were expecting a baby girl in February.
As the number of COVID-19 cases in Australia continues to grow, Jasmine is said to be worried about husband being to the virus at Channel Nine’s Willoughby studios.
‘She’s really worried about me bringing it back to the house [from work], so I’m taking as many precautions as I can,’ he Karl The Kyle and Jackie O Show last week.
