Myleene Klass is surprised when baby Apollo falls asleep in his papoose as she plays a lullaby version of the Star Wars theme tune on the piano

Myleene Klass was staggered when her baby son Apollo fell asleep as he sat in his papoose while she played the piano.

The classically trained pianist, 41, had been taking movie-themed requests from her followers for her to play on Instagram and she had transformed them into lullabies.

She said: ‘Tonight in the You Name It, I Play It, one dad asked for the Time Warp, as the tinkled the ivories.

Then as Apollo, seven months, fell fast asleep, she said: ‘Another dad asked for Star Wars and it worked. Sparko.’

Apollo was so relaxed in his leopard print papoose that Myleene couldn’t believe it had worked.

She continued: ‘Thank you to everyone who got their requests in. I managed a fair few. See for yourself.’

As well as rocking her little one to sleep, Myleene has been teaching the nation piano lessons each day as the nation curb the boredom of the lockdown.

The public have been forced to stay in their homes in a bid to stop the spread of the coronavirus, which has so far claimed 2352 deaths in the UK alone.

On Friday Myleene uploaded a video showing her teaching the difference between ‘major’ and ‘minor’, but she soon stunned when she turned around and began backwards.

Captioning the video, Myleene penned: ‘PARENTS! Today, watch me literally bend over backwards to teach your kids! Major or Minor? (Two of my friends still don’t know the difference….you know who you are, I know you’ll be watching!)

‘They will know it after this. #myleenesmusicklass link in Bio #youtube #stayhome #homeschooling (oh and you get to see my party trick!)’

In the clip, the star, who donned a pale blue shirt, played a jaunty tune, with her girls then holding up smiley or sad face posters to guess whether the tune was played in a major or minor chord.
