The 34-year-old actress originally paid Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Khloé Kardashian $5.5M for the Mediterranean-style villa in 2014, according to Variety.
$3.95M was, coincidentally, the exact amount the 35-year-old reality star and her ex-husband Lamar Odom paid for their two-story marital home way back in 2009.
