And it seems the hard work is paying off for model and ironman, Jett Kenny.
The 26-year-old was spotted on Tuesday showing off his ripped physique at the beach on the Sunshine Coast, as he returned to his day job as a lifeguard.

The chiseled blond – who is the son of Olympic swimmer Lisa Curry and sportsman Grant Kenny – went shirtless and wore a pair of red board shorts.
Jett appeared in high spirits as he got some sun and cooled off in the water.
He briefly left the lifeguard tower to take a quick dip in the ocean, before heading back and talking to a colleague.

While the rest of us have been snacking at home in self-isolation amid the coronavirus pandemic, Jett has been keeping fit using Chris Hemsworth’s training app, Centr.
Earlier this month, Jett posted a video of himself working out at his waterfront home and performing a series of exercises including bear crawls, lunges and squats.
The app gives users access to the gruelling workouts used by Chris and formulated by his trainers.

However he missed out on the role, with it going to Australian Survivor cast member Locklan ‘Locky’ Gilbert.
But on Tuesday, Jett said that he and Lily – who has a new boyfriend – are still friends and are on good terms.
The hunk said that the pair ‘chat occasionally.’
