One Direction fans were left in shock and glee on Thursday when a new picture of Louis Tomlinson’s son showcased their incredible likeness.
His mother Briana Jungwirth, 27, posted an incredibly sweet snap of four-year-old Freddie Reign Tomlinson as they enjoyed a cuddle, prompting fans to flood the post with comments about the striking similarities between the hitmaker, 28, and his son.
As well as his Louis-like looks, fans also noticed that the tot had a temporary tattoo of an anchor on his arm – in the exact place 1D’s Harry Styles has the same inking.

The Harry-style tattoo was the next thing to send them wild, as users wrote: ‘An anchor tattoo?… THE LIL TATTOO I COULD CRY… The little anchor tattoo… his tattoo matches Harry’s… Aha he has a little temporary tattoo like Harry’s’.
In January, Freddie turned four and Briana gave another brief glimpse of their life.
At the time, she shared a picture of the little boy in his LA home, showing Freddie smiling as he prepared to blow out the candle on his cupcake.

The rarely-seen youngster looked exactly like his dad Louis and his smile made fans’ hearts melt, taking to social media in their droves to share birthday messages.
Louis and Briana had a brief relationship in 2015. Earlier this year, Briana deleted all her old Instagram photos and explained she was having a ‘cleanse’.
‘Cleaning out the old to make room for the new. Sometimes a cleanse is the best thing you can do for the body mind and soul’, she wrote. ‘En route to somewhere tropical! Stay tuned for my upcoming adventures.’

Louis introduced son Freddie to fans on Instagram shortly after his birth, but has kept him out of the spotlight in recent times.
Speaking about in a rare interview about fatherhood with Carson Daly, the Walls hit-maker said he loves everything about being a dad.
Louis said: ‘It’s constantly changing, but the whole thing is super cool. Any time he can do something new… [it’s] like nothing else.’
The singer previously explained that he divides his time between the UK and Los Angeles, spending as much time with little Freddie as possible.
