Christina Anstead doesn’t let self-isolation stop her from getting a workout

She is busy raising her three young children under extraordinary circumstances. 

But Christina Anstead was able to enjoy a moment of ‘me time’ on Thursday to take her mind off things amid quarantine.

The HGTV star, 36, was seen on a brisk run in Newport Beach, California, proving she wasn’t going to let lockdown stop her from maintaining her fab figure. 

Christina appeared in her own world as she dashed about the neighborhood wearing large white headphones and sunglasses.     

She was not wearing a face mask, though was dressed to break a sweat in a grey tank top and black Lululemon leggings. 

Christina’s ponytail whipped about as she ran around with her iPhone in hand, ensuring she was always connected even on her jog.

The Flip or Flop star has been in self-isolation with her family at their Newport Beach home as of late. 

Christina has been documenting her life under lockdown with her husband Ant Anstead and their children. 

The reality star shares daughter Taylor and son Brayden with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, along with the newest addition to the family, eight-month-old Hudson, with her husband Ant. 

She’s been making the most of the unusual circumstances as she continues bonding with her family.

On Memorial Day, she shared a bikini snap while announcing a brief digital detox to be more present with her loved ones.  

‘Taking a much needed digital detox. Going to enjoy the next 3 days being present for the kids and Ant and relaxing by the pool. Have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend everyone,’ she announced.

Christina rose to fame after starring in the hit HGTV series Flip Or Flop opposite her then-husband Tarek, whom she divorced in 2018.

The duo still appear together in the show, but Christina also has her own spin-off series, Christina On The Coast.
