Lizzie Cundy tees off for a hole-in-one as she hits the golf course

Lizzie Cundy jumped at the chance to get back on the golf course on Tuesday as the UK’s relaxed lockdown continues.

Seizing the opportunity to knock off some balls, the former-WAG, 52, put on a glamorous display as she took a golf lesson at her local club, Dummer Golf Club in Hampshire.

Coached by the club’s resident pro Steve Wright, Lizzie gave it a few tries before successfully teeing off and landing the ball neatly on the fairway.

The TV personality brought some fun to her golfing ensemble, looking the part in a navy and white playsuit, adorned with a chevron print.

The outfit featured a cross-strap back and a lacy detailing at the midriff, teasing the media star’s tiny waist.

She wore a pink sun visor and finished the look off with sensible white golf shoes, no doubt finding it hard to resist making her mark on the course in killer heels.

Lizzie wore her feathery bronde locks loosely around her features.

Lizzie left many This Morning viewers in hysterics on Wednesday as she argued with etiquette expert William Hanson about whether hot tubs are tasteful or tacky.

The hilarious discussion saw William brand hot tubs little more than a ‘petri dish of filth,’ while Lizzie – while reclining in her own – insisted they’re nothing more than a bit of fun during lockdown.

Lizzie proudly displayed her tanned physique in a plunging pink swimsuit as she relaxed inside her won hot tub during the debate.

She fiercely defended hot tubs during the discussion by insisting they’re just as clean as a swimming pool and can even provide health benefits for people suffering from arthritis.

She said: ‘You need to get your facts right, it’s so clean, it’s exactly the same as a swimming pool, I’m very lucky to have a garden, we’re going through such uncertain times, we need to stay in her homes so why not have a bit of fun?’

Meanwhile William furiously branded the hot tub a ‘petri dish of filth,’ adding: ‘I can’t think of anything worse than sitting in my own grime.’

Host Holly Willoughby jumped at the chance to read out a fact about hot tubs she found on Good Housekeeping, claiming that when ten people are sitting in a hot tub at one time, the water can contain up to a tablespoon of faeces.

William was appropriately disgusted by the fact, saying: ‘It’s not the same of a swimming pool, is usually 10 degrees cooler than a hot tub and actually bacteria grows.’

Savage: She defended the use of hot tubs, while William was quick to remind her: 'Last time we were on the show you admitted you weed in the shower.'

Reminding Lizzie of one of her more infamous This Morning appearances, William added: ‘Last time we were on the show you admitted you weed in the shower.’

Lizzie had previously admitted on This Morning in 2018 she urinated Anthea Turner’s shower while staying at her house.

The star insisted she’d never urinate in her hot tub as she has a toilet close by, adding: ‘There’s loads of health benefits, it helps arthritis, it is relaxing, you’re like the fun police Will.’

William insisted they are many other things he’d rather do to relax than ‘wade in his own filth,’ and would even ignored a message from a neighbour inviting him to use their hot tub.

Lizzie claimed: ‘We’re allowed six friends in our home, I think neighbours realise there’s going to be a bit more noise in the garden, what do you want to do?

‘Come on we’ve got to socialise a little bit. Prince Harry ordered two hot tubs when he was at school.’

Many viewers couldn’t hide their amusement at the segment, with one writing: ‘This hot tub debate is hilarious,’ while another tweeted: ‘I dunno who William is, but he is genuinely comedy GENIUS.’

A third also wrote: ‘Hearing the words ‘butt crack’ from the kitchen and finding out it was Holly talking about hot tubs, is perhaps the funniest thing I’ll hear today.’

‘I love this Lizzie on #ThisMorning,’ one viewer tweeted, with another also writing: ‘I am LIVING for @williamhanson on #ThisMorning ”I’d rather roll around in my own mud, I’d probably be cleaner.”’

It seemed a majority of the nation were on Lizzie’s side during the debate, as hosts Holly and Phillip Schofield featured many snaps from viewers displaying their own hot tubs on social media.
