Zara McDermott showcases her toned waist in a TINY black crop top and white mini skirt

She has recently overhauled her fitness routine.

And Zara McDermott showed off the results of her workouts as she took to Instagram on Monday. 

The former Love Island star, 23, showcased her tiny waist and ample assets in a black crop top.

Zara teamed the item of clothing with a white ruffled mini skirt which highlighted her toned torso even further.

The Made In Chelsea star styled her blonde highlighted tresses into a voluminous blow-dried hairdo and added a slick of glamorous make-up.

Zara posed up a storm as she sat on her kitchen table and tucked into a healthy bowl of fruit. 

The reality star promoted her other Instagram page, A Day With Zara, which looks at her daily diet and exercise. It has 88.3k followers.

It comes after Zara and her boyfriend Sam’s sister Louise Thompson were forced to hit out at trolls after posing next to an ice-cream truck in May. 

After the Love Island alum treated her boyfriend Sam, 27, his sister Louise, 30, and her fiancé Ryan Libbey, 29, to ice-cream, a host of followers flooded the comments section to take issue with the snap. 

Among the disgruntled messages were fans insisting Zara does not eat ice-cream due to her lithe frame and false claims that the foursome – who live together – are flouting social distancing rules amid the coronavirus pandemic. 

Both Louise and Zara have been documenting their time in lockdown in forensic detail, as they pass the time amid quarantine in their shared Fulham home. 

As the latter has been detailing her weight loss and fitness journey throughout, including by setting up her own fitness page, one of her 1.4million followers penned: ‘There’s no way Zara eats ice cream like that and looks as amazing as she does’.

Despite the apparent kind-hearted nature of the message, Louise appeared to take umbrage with the remark and responded about their healthy eating.  

She responded: ‘I assure you you are wrong ! We both eat healthy balanced diets and munch on treats when we fancy! Nothing wrong with a bit of ice cream in the sun’.

Seemingly taking issue with Louise’s comment, a follower penned: ‘oooh someone’s touchy it was not a nasty comment I was actually complimenting her duh’. 

Elsewhere, debates raged about whether the group were breaking social distancing by gathering together – leading to Zara reiterating their living arrangement.  

Zara appeared exhausted by her need to explain again, as she penned: ‘We live together. We have done since 23rd March. We have put this on out social media HUNDREDS of times. We chose to isolate together since day one.’ 

Prior to her ice-cream treat, Zara, who has been documented her staggering two stone weight loss journey, showed off her washboard abs as she took to Instagram to tell fans she was going to try intermittent fasting.

She flaunted her tiny waist in a hot pink Nike sports bra in a sexy snap.

The television personality wrote: ‘Good morning!!! Happy Monday! hope everyone has an amazing day. I’m trying intermittent fasting this week. Does anyone else do it? What’s everyone’s thoughts?!’.

Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It doesn’t specify which foods you should eat but rather when you eat them.
