‘I can’t believe my boy is 10 years old!’ ‘Proud’ Cristiano Ronaldo pays tribute to his lookalike son on his birthday as he gifts him £249 football boots
Cristiano Ronaldo celebrated his son, Cristiano Jr’s tenth birthday on Wednesday.
The football icon, 35, shared a sweet picture of his eldest child, who looks just like his famous father as he called him his ‘source of joy.’
Both sporting longer lockdown hair, Ronaldo penned the following message in Portuguese: ‘I can’t even believe that my boy is 10 years old!

Cristiano recently brought out a new version of the famous Mercurial Safari football boots he released a decade ago, when his son was born.
He gifted his son a pair for his birthday, which retail at £249 at Nike and Cristiano also wore a matching pair.

Cristiano shared a video of them both putting on their matching football boots, with the footballer giving him a hand to get his laces just right.
They then ran to the makeshift football pitch in their home, where they ran on the spot, before racing one another.
‘He always wins.’ Ronaldo said sweetly about his son.

Cristiano is also father to twins, daughter Eva and son Mateo, three, via a surrogacy parent.
He is also father to daughter Alana, from his relationship with his model girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, 26.
The family have been in lockdown in Portugal. Lockdown restrictions have been eased over the last few weeks with schools, restaurants, cinemas and cafes reopening.
