Stacey Solomon revealed she committed quite the makeup faux pas on Wednesday, when she appeared on TV wearing mismatched foundation.
The TV star, 30, made an appearance as a panellist on ITV’s Loose Women, but was forced to borrow somebody else’s makeup, after forgetting her own – a consequence of having to do her own hair and makeup amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Taking to Instagram to reveal the blunder, she said post-broadcast: ‘All done and on the way home. The foundation I had to borrow is not quite the match that I thought it was now that I’ve stepped outside. Oh well. Can you tell?’

The TV personality flashed a broad grin as she made the revelation while riding back to her home in the back of a chauffeur-driven car.
Hours later, she returned to the image-sharing platform to make another revelation, although it didn’t come short of fear that she’d committed another error.
She excitedly announced to her followers: ‘So I’ve been asked to work with Dove. I’m so excited because I actually use their stuff and I really rate it.

‘I can’t believe they asked me to work with them. They haven’t asked me to do this post, so hopefully I don’t get sacked before it begins!’
Her hilarious posts come days after Stacey was left in tears of laughter after discovering her Father’s Day breakfast in bed for partner Joe Swash wasn’t as appetising as it seemed.
The TV presenter took to Instagram to reveal she had confused a pork chop for steak, later discovering Joe, 38, had put it in the bin.
Stacey said the Dancing On Ice star pretended to like the breakfast so as to not hurt her feelings, but really felt sick eating a pork chop first thing in the morning.

‘I can’t stop laughing,’ she said. ‘Yesterday I made a steak breakfast for Joe. There was a big piece of meat in the fridge.
‘I thought, I know what he wants me to do with that. He wants me to make him one of those steak breakfasts he keeps going on about.
‘I looked in the bin and there’s a bit of steak in there.’ Joe said: ‘It weren’t steak though was it?’.
Stacey captioned the shot: ‘It was a pork chop. He said it made him feel so sick but he didn’t want to say anything because of the effort I went to.’

‘So he ate the rest even though it was making him gag and hid the pork chop under a piece of toast. I’m actually crying.’
On Sunday, Stacey showed her followers she had prepared his favourite meal consisting of fried egg, what she thought was steak, lots of toast and tomatoes and brought it to him on a tray in bed.
However, the star shared he couldn’t look up at her because he was ‘crying’ thanks to the thoughtful homemade card from their son Rex, one.
Stacey began her video by demonstrating how she was making the yummy breakfast.

She then shared a sweet snap of Joe in bed with his n while enjoying a cup of tea.
Before bringing the breakfast tray to Joe, Stacey wrote: ‘Happy daddy’s day, we love you so much. He won’t look up at me because he is crying because he read the card first – BIG MISTAKE.’
On Saturday, the star paid tribute to her beloved partner and ‘amazing father’ Joe ahead of Father’s Day following his own family tragedy.
She was full of praise for her other half as she shared a picture of him playing with their son Rex on her Instagram page.
In the touching post, Stacey said nothing brings her more joy than seeing Joe interact with their boys – after his own father died when he was young.

Stacey had shared a selection of other people’s sweet Father’s Day posts on her Stories, before also adding her own tribute to her boyfriend.
She wrote: ‘Had to repost Hoe’s one didn’t I …seriously though knowing how much of his own father he missed out on, losing him at such a young age…
‘Nothing brings me more joy than seeing him being an amazing father to all of our boys. We are so lucky to have you.’
Alongside the heartfelt caption was a snap of Joe and Rex laughing together.
Joe was just 12-years-old when his father Ricky died from the undiagnosed heart condition Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome.
Joe is also father to 13-year-old Harry, who he shares with ex Emma Sophocleous, but his late father not being able to enjoy the birth of a child ‘impacts him’ Stacey previously revealed.
