The Voice’s Guy Sebastian reveals it took THREE MONTHS to resolve his feud with Kelly Rowland after his ‘cheating scandal’ erupted on set
Guy Sebastian and Kelly Rowland came to blows over a ‘cheating scandal’ on The Voice Australia this month.
And singer Guy, 38, claims it took the celebrity coaches more than three months to resolve the feud that is only now being aired on TV.

‘She’s incredible. Just to be on the same panel as Kelly is an honour. But we do get very passionate at times,’ he said.
In May, Guy revealed he had ‘unresolved feelings’ of anger about one of the female coaches following an on-set argument earlier in the season.
Speaking to Sydney Morning Herald at the time, Guy said: ‘There’s unresolved feelings because COVID hit right after we had a massive argument.’
Filming of season nine had been suspended in early March – more than three months ago – due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
Unfair? The drama between the pair started when Guy turned his chair for Wolf Winters (pictured), but appeared to have no intentions of mentoring him as his team was already full
No can do! After being told his team was full, Guy encouraged Kelly to recruit Wolf, but she refused
‘You are cheating!’ yelled Kelly, as a producer stepped in to handle the situation. Guy later adopted the hopeful into his full team, but agreed he would lose additional stars in the battle rounds of the show as a compromise
After production was halted, Guy said the judges hadn’t been able to see each other face-to-face to resolve their dispute.
That dispute has since been revealed as his multi-episode feud with former Destiny’s Child star Kelly, 39.
The clash began unfolding on The Voice last week, when Kelly accused Guy of ‘cheating’ during the blind auditions.
‘No, you’re disrespectful!’ American singer Kelly, 39, dramatically stormed off the set during a battle round as she screamed at Guy, 38, for being disrespectful
Guy put Kelly in an awkward position when he tried to encourage her to recruit a hopeful he had turned for, but appeared to have no intentions of mentoring himself as his team was already full.
In a subsequent battle round, Kelly dramatically stormed off set while screaming at Guy for being ‘disrespectful’.
