The television personality recently took to her Instagram Stories for a Q and A about her fitness regime. Asked about why she doesn’t drink alcohol, Zara said: ‘I don’t drink. I don’t like the taste, I don’t like the feeling it gives me.
‘I always end up feeling quite sick after one drink. I think it’s just because I don’t like the taste. It makes me want to vom.’
