She’s the notoriously private singer who is known for her incredible vocals.
And on Wednesday, Norah Jones gave a rare interview to celebrate the release of her new album, Pick Me Up Off the Floor.
Appearing on the Today show, the 41-year-old spoke about her new LP and her two young children, revealing whether or not she thinks they will follow on in her musical footsteps.

‘Do they have musical aspirations?’ entertainment reporter Brooke Boney asked the acclaimed jazz singer.
‘I don’t know yet, they’re really little, so the jury is still out,’ Norah said.
‘They’ve been watching the Trolls World Tour movie that just came out. Now they want to know about the genre of everything. “Is this K-Pop? Country music?”‘
She added: ‘My son wants to be a techno singer now, so it’s funny.’

The singer, whose hits include Don’t Know Why, also spoke about the release of her 2002 debut album, Come Away with Me, which became a worldwide hit when she was just 23 years old.
‘Yeah it was crazy,’ Norah said. ‘It seems like another lifetime ago. It was wild.’
Norah is notoriously private when it comes to her personal life.
It was reported in July 2016 that she’d given birth to her second child. She also has a son, whose name she is yet to reveal publicly.

Norah shares her children with keyboardist Pete Remm.
While the artist has never publicly revealed the identity of her husband, fellow artist Valerie June revealed his name in an interview with OPB.org.
She gave birth to her son in February 2014, and she gave him an early public debut when she brought him to an event for military mothers at the White House just months later.
She previously told Rolling Stones about motherhood, saying: ‘I don’t feel being a mom has changed anything musically for me, but it changes how I hear certain love songs.’
