DWTS judge Sharna Burgess gets rid of her trademark red hair

Dancing With The Stars judge Sharna Burgess says farewell to her trademark red hair as she debuts a dramatic new look on Instagram

Dancing With The Stars judge Sharna Burgess has debuted a dramatic new look after bleaching her trademark, fire engine-red hair.

The professional ballroom dancer, 35, looked almost unrecognisable in an Instagram selfie uploaded on Sunday as she revealed a head of peroxide blonde hair with pink-dipped tips.

‘New hair who dis…’, she simply captioned the post, tagging her hairstylist friend Kennedy Van Dyke.

Sharna, who is a natural blonde, has previously credited Kennedy for developing the red shade of hair dye that she’s been sporting since around 2015.

It’s not the first time Sharna has enjoyed a big change in recent months – she also appeared to debut a new boyfriend in May after she was spotted kissing a mystery man at Sydney’s Bondi Beach.

Seemingly dispelling rumours she’s set to become Australia’s new Bachelorette, Sharna was seen wrapping her legs and lovingly smooching her male companion as they enjoyed the beach views.

Sharna had previously said in November last year that she was in talks with the network to become the next Bachelorette.

She told Entertainment Tonight: ‘I am absolutely looking for love. I’m ready for love.

‘I just got back from Australia and it became a pretty hot topic over there on whether I could be the next Bachelorette in Australia, so that’s an interesting thought for me.’

Sharna said that her only concern was the possibility of not liking any of the suitors.

‘This is where I run into trouble with this thought, because what if I’m like, ‘Yeah, I don’t like any of them? We’re gonna have to recast!’ I can’t do that!’ she laughed.

Sharna was a professional dancer on Dancing with the Stars U.S. for twelve seasons, before landing a role on the Australian judging panel in 2019.

The glamorous redhead has kept relatively quiet about her romantic life since splitting from British dancer Paul Kirkland in 2015.
