And it appears she’s gearing up to celebrate Father’s Day with her beloved, sharing an Instagram Stories post on Friday that showed her wrapping gifts.
The Melbourne socialite posted a photo of blue ribbons and a gift box, along with a card that said ‘Dad’ on the front.

After Jimmy, 36, posted a photo of his kids playing his backyard, Lauren commented: ‘My besties! Love them.’
In one of the photos posted by the former AFL player, Henley played with the family dog.

The Bartels announced their separation on August 15, but it is believed they actually split two months prior.
Jimmy and his girlfriend have been hunkering down together in Melbourne during the coronavirus pandemic.
They were recently the subject of engagement rumours when Lauren told fans she had ‘big news’ but she was actually celebrating her younger sister’s engagement.
