It comes just days after Krystal made a very honest post exposing the reality of ‘Insta-perfect’ pregnancies and that fans shouldn’t always believe what they see on social media.

She demonstrated how she makes her stomach look flat and toned just 11 days postpartum – and urged her followers to recognise when other influencers use the same tricks online.

In the first image, Krystal flexed her body in a crop top and high-waisted leggings, showing off her muscular arms and lean abs.

'Don't be fooled!' On Wednesday, Big Brother star Krystal Forscutt shared a candid 'Instagram vs reality' post revealing how she hides her tummy at just 11 days postpartum. In the first image, Krystal flexed her body in a crop top and high-waisted leggings, showing off her muscular arms and lean abs

All about the angles: She then posted a follow-up image which she claimed was 'unposed'. It showed her with a visible belly, which is perfectly normal after a woman has given birth

’11 days postpartum, don’t be fooled! Posed,’ she captioned the image, making it clear that her appearance was all down to angles and positioning.

She then posted a follow-up image which she claimed was ‘unposed’. It showed her with a visible belly, again, perfectly normal after a woman has given birth.

Krystal, who is a personal trainer and model, then urged her fans to not rush back into the gym after giving birth, explaining that she resumed her workout routine only because she has professional experience.

‘Just wanted to add that I have trained throughout all of my pregnancies and am a qualified personal trainer,’ she wrote.

‘I listen to my body and make sure I take enough rest in between sets and ensure that I also replenish my body with good food to ensure milk supply isn’t compromised.’

She concluded: ‘I do not recommend that everyone begin training so soon after giving birth. Please ensure you have doctor’s clearance prior.’

Krystal and her husband, property developer Neil Hipwell, welcomed their third child, a son named Huska, late last month.

The couple live in Sydney’s Cronulla and have two older children, daughter Nakoda, one, and son Sunny, five.
