Sarah Michelle Gellar, Whoopi Goldberg, Drew Barrymore, and Joe Jonas urge voting

Daytime Emmy winner Sarah Michelle Gellar urged American citizens to vote in the election while simultaneously protecting herself and others from COVID-19 by wearing a $35 fuchsia Christian Siriano ‘Vote’ mask on Thursday.

The 43-year-old mother-of-two sent a silent message while stopping by Blue Bottle Coffee in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood.

California Governor Gavin Newsom made masks and face coverings mandatory for all public outings on June 18.  

As of Thursday, there have been over 277K confirmed COVID-19 cases in Los Angeles leading to 6,709 deaths, according to Johns Hopkins University.

Sarah also previously relayed early voting information for her American fans while sporting a $38 Lou & Grey for LOFT ‘I Am A Voter’ T-shirt via Instastory on Tuesday.

Oscar winner Julianne Moore also wore Christian Siriano to encourage voting in the 34-year-old designer’s $3,800 ‘Vote Print’ puff-sleeve gown in her post from Tuesday.

Whoopi Goldberg – the moderator on ABC’s The View – went a step further, posting a video on Thursday with instructions on how to mail in your ballot in New York.   

‘So I have now voted, yay!’ the 64-year-old EGOT champ exclaimed.

‘Too many envelopes! And it is more complicated than it needs to be but it’s so important that you just take a minute and do it. Do it slowly, so that if you realize you’re missing something you can go back and do it again.’

Talk show host Drew Barrymore literally did a song and dance, Little Edie Beale style, to celebrate receiving her mail-in ballot on Thursday. 

‘I got my ballot!’ the 45-year-old Golden Globe winner sang in her video. 

‘I got my ballot. I get to vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote. I got my ballot. I got my ballot. I get to vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote, today!’ 

Grammy-nominated boybander Joe Jonas proudly shared a snap of himself on Sunday wearing an I Voted sticker with the caption: ‘#ivoted.’ 

Pose star Sandra Bernhard was also ‘excited’ to rock the I Voted sticker on Wednesday writing: ‘I’ve never missed voting in any election but everything is on the line this time @joebiden let’s do this baby!’

Jumanji: The Next Level funnyman Jack Black found a unique place to put his I Voted sticker on Thursday night – his forehead.
