‘On the day I was due to give birth I received a phone call from my mother,’ Stacey says. ‘She was crying, she said, “Stacey, Jaimie is dead”.

Stacey said she initially laughed. ‘I said, “Mum, what are you talking about? Stop joking.”

‘She poured out crying over the phone and said, “He’s gone, I can’t call him”.’

Stacey gave birth her son seven days after her brother died. She named him Kosta Jaimie Smith in his memory.

Also to commemorate her late brother, the reality TV star got an eye-catching tattoo on her abdomen.

In a YouTube video back in April, she explained:  ‘My stomach tattoo is very sentimental. When my brother died, I was pregnant with my firstborn. So after he was born I got a tribute on my stomach.’

She confessed people will often ask her about the intricate tattoo, even though she tries to ‘hide’ it.

Stacey explained that she’s self-conscious about the tattoo because it’s so deeply personal, and admitted she tries to keep it covered up.

‘I may or may not post a close-up one day, but it’s very sentimental to me. Even with bikinis, I’ll wear a one-piece or put a sarong over it,’ she added at the time.
