Teddi Mellencamp is seen after being axed from RHOBH taking her pooch for a walk

Teddi Mellencamp is seen out taking her pooch for a walk during a hiking session with a friend… after getting candid about being axed from RHOBH

She recently gave her candid and emotional take on what it felt like to be dismissed from the reality show she’s appeared on for three years.

But Teddi Mellencamp looked focused and determined on Saturday, while she was out for a hike in Los Angeles, California with a friend.

The now former Real Housewife, 39, wore a black sweatshirt and purple marble print leggings, as she and her pal walked their French bulldogs.

The daughter of rocker John Mellencamp also styled up with a white Gucci bum bag.

Teddi wore dark Nike sneakers, and stayed covered up in a baseball cap and face covering in hues of pink and violet.

The mother-of-three walked alongside a friend in camouflage leggings and a blue face gator.

It was the first sighting of Mellencamp since she opened up last week about the news of her exit from The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.

Speaking on her podcast Teddi Tea Pod, the reality star said she found out that she’d been let go after she discovered the news from DailyMail.com’s exclusive story.

Her girlfriends texted her saying, ‘It’s all over the DailyMail that you’re no longer a Housewife.’

Explaining why she thought she was axed, Mellencamp said: ‘I filmed so many amazing things that were never shown on the show…it should have been the writing on the wall.’

She added: ‘All the things that make me a likable, redeeming human being were not shown on the season. So if you only see a certain part of somebody, it’s really hard to connect with them.’

Teddi, who shares children Dove, seven months, Slate, six, and Cruz, nine, with husband Edwin Arroyave, also revealed that she’s still in touch with the girls as well as Andy Cohen.

‘I’m still on a group text with Erika, Kyle, and Rinna, and there are days when I’m like ‘why do I feel sad today’. It really does feel like a break-up,’ she said.

‘I reached out to Dorit…we’ve had extreme highs and lows on the show, but [I told her] I wanted to let you know that I just want to wish you the best. Dorit has a good heart.’

‘I did hear from Andy, and I heard on his podcast where he said her post was the most authentic departure post he’s ever seen,’ she added.

A production insider told DailyMail.com last month: ‘Teddi will be advised this week that she will not be picked up for another season.’

‘She is boring and stale and does not offer anything to the franchise with her robotic and staged delivery when interacting with the other cast members,’ the insider added.

However, Teddi is adamant that she doesn’t want to be the bitter ex-housewife that slams everyone on Twitter.

‘I’m really excited not to be a part of Twitter,’ she said.
