Former Disney star Ronni Hawk is charged with domestic battery and possession of a KNIFE

Former Disney star Ronni Hawk faces three separate misdemeanor charges after allegedly threatening her boyfriend with a knife.

Police were originally called to the 20-year old’s Los Angeles home in July following a domestic dispute with her partner, snowboarder Miles Fallon.

Hawk, best known for her role in teen drama Stuck In The Middle, was subsequently arrested and booked on one felony count of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant.

The Los Angeles City Attorney’s office has since charged the actress with domestic battery, assault with a deadly weapon and brandishing a knife, TMZ reports.

The publication claims Hawk and Fallon were involved in an argument that spiraled out of control after he ran from the house, prompting the Florida born star to grab a knife and give chase.

Fallon had ‘visible injuries including scratches’ when police arrived at their Los Angeles property, according to TMZ.

Hawk’s bail was set at $100K following the verbal argument, which clearly turned physical. She is expected to appear in court for the charges on December 11 2020.

Things looked much better for the couple when Ronni and Miles shared some happy couples photos on Instagram back on July 19.

MailOnline has contacted a representative for further comment.

Hawk  – who calls herself a ‘social activist’ in her Twitter bio – made headlines back in 2018 after pro-Trump tweets from the star were unearthed by fans.

She also had used Twitter to criticize people protesting gun violence after the Parkland shooting.

‘Listennnnn y’all. Yes, this shooting was a horrific, tragic event but yelling at our government WILL NOT HELP US!!!!

Another pro-gun tweet read: ‘Does anyone remember when alcohol was banned then everyone started unground [sic] selling, guns will be the same; WE need to protect ourselves.’

Fans of her show On My Block called for her to be written off the show, which actually focuses on young people of color in a low-income neighborhood affected by gun violence.

She later issued an apology, explaining that she was not ‘informed enough’ and had been ‘posting blindly.’

‘To be honest, I’m nervous to speak up knowing whatever I write at this point won’y make everyone happy.

‘The truth is that I was 16 years old when I put that post out there and at 18, I know know that I am not informed enough on several different subjects to be posting blindly.’

‘What I do know, is that being on this show has been one of the most special things in my life and I do not take it for granted. I learned to much from this show – about injustices that take place in this world and that being silent is just as bad as doing nothing.’

Ronni’s On My Block character Olivia only appears in the first season of the show.
