On Tuesday’s episode of Junior MasterChef Australia the young cooks were challenged to a taste test.
The judges picked jars from a shelf, and blindfolded, the contestants had to guess what they were touching and tasting.
Most of the items were simply tasty treats like Turkish Delight, pineapple and golden syrup.

Despite being very worldly for their ages, the kid cooks were disgusted as she swirled around the mushy molluscs.
Carter, 12, was beside himself, making gagging faces and admitting he almost threw up when Tiffany touched the oysters.

Viewers at home were rattled, too, with many pointing out that oysters weren’t really a favourite with children – even ones that like to cook.
One person Tweeted: ‘What 13 year eats oysters?’ while another added: ‘I’d be surprised if any kid has tried oysters’.
Someone else added: ‘Omg they did Tiffany so dirty with those oysters’ while one more said: ‘Doubt any kids will like raw oysters.’

Tiffany struggled to consume one of the oysters, and guessed wrong in the end – mistaking the oysters for prawns.
