Gwen Stefani boasts that there’s ‘nonstop creativity’ in her new $13M LA home with her three children and boyfriend Blake Shelton

They spent the better part of the year under quarantine in another state.

And Gwen Stefani told People magazine that Blake Shelton and her three children are finally settling in to their new $13million home in Los Angeles. 

The 51-year-old musician was happy to report that it’s ‘nonstop creativity’ living with her country star beau and three kids from her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.

‘We just moved. It’s exciting,’ Stefani said while on a Zoom call. ‘Yesterday we did Halloween decorating and cookies. It’s nonstop creativity over here.’

She has Kingston, 14, Zuma, 12, and Apollo, six, from her marriage to the Bush frontman, which ended in 2016 after 14 years. 

The No Doubt singer reportedly wanted to be all moved in before the start of the school year while her children adjust to distant learning because of COVID-19, according to US Weekly.

‘The other day he found some kind of bearded mushroom that he fried and ate,’ she said. ‘It had fur growing off of it! I’m like, “Why would you find a huge furry mushroom and then fry and eat it?”‘

Shelton made sure to clarify: ‘I found a lion’s mane mushroom, which I have watched videos about on YouTube many a time with Zuma. We’ve watched people find these things, take them home and cook them. I blasted it up, fried it and didn’t die. I didn’t see Jesus or anything.’ 

Coming back: While she didn't coach season 18, she said: 'My little brother Todd was the one doing all of the technical stuff. So even though I wasn't on that season, I felt like I was.'

The couple are gearing up for season 19 of The Voice, which will include new safety measures and go without a studio audience.   

Gwen noted that the empty set ‘feels more intimate somehow. I feel like we’re even more relaxed.’

‘There’s so much talent this season, it’s crazy,’ she added. ‘We’re so lucky to be here and watch live music in front of us. I feel so inspired.’

While she didn’t coach season 18, she said: ‘My little brother Todd was the one doing all of the technical stuff. So even though I wasn’t on that season, I felt like I was.’
