Kim Kardashian declares that she’s officially a ‘cool mom now’ to her four kids thanks to her voice role in the upcoming animated film Paw Patrol
Kim Kardashian has joined the star-studded cast for the feature adaptation of the animated series Paw Patrol.
The 39-year-old reality star joins Yara Shahidi, Jimmy Kimmel, Dax Shepard, Marsai Martin, Tyler Perry, Iain Armitage, Randall Park and Will Brisbin for the animated movie, according to Variety.
Soon after the news went public, Kim tweeted out: ‘I’m officially cool mom now to my kids! Paw Patrol We’re On A Roll!!!’

Kim’s Thursday morning tweet also had several emojis, including a dog, a bone and paw prints.
She retweeted the Variety tweet announcing her addition to the Paw Patrol cast.
It is not know which character Kim will be voicing in the film but she did give a hint, seemingly showing her character’s name is Delores.
Kim shared a page of the script with a dog emoji shielding most of it except for the page title which read ‘EXT. ADVENTURE CITY – CITY SQUARE – DAY.’

The movie is based on the hit Nickelodeon series with the same name, which premiered on the network in 2013.

The film, set to be directed by Cal Brunker, is scheduled to be released on August 20, 2021 to theaters via Paramount Pictures.
The movie will be produced by Spin Master Corp and is currently in production with creators, producers and artists working remotely at the moment.
The producer of the animated film is Spin Master Entertainment’s Executive Vice President Jennifer Dodge, with Executive producers Ronnen Harary, Spin Master’s co-founder and co-CEO, Adam Beder, who is the company’s vice president of strategic partnership & franchise development as well as Peter Schlessel, per Variety.
Paw Patrol the series on Nickelodeon is currently in season seven with a renewal already for season eight.
The show centers around a boy named Ryder with a team of rescue pups that each have their own talents; the pups names are Chase, Marshall, Rubble, Zuma, Skye and Rocky.
News that it would turn into a feature film was first revealed in February.
The movie centers on the pups and Ryder being called up to Adventure City to stop Mayor Humdinger from turning the city into chaos, Variety reported.
