She welcomed her third child, a son, with husband Marvin Humes on Friday.
And Rochelle Humes admitted on Thursday that she feels ’emotional’ ahead of her baby boy Blake Hampton turning a week old the next day.
The presenter, 31, took to Instagram stories where she also updated fans on her breastfeeding journey, adding that feeding Blake ‘comes with challenges’.

Speaking into the camera, Rochelle looked amazing as she bundled up in dark grey pyjamas and a taupe black, while little Blake dozed in her arms.
The star appeared relaxed as she kept her fans in the loop about Blake’s first week at home, revealing her time with her little one ‘feels like it’s going really quickly already’.
She said: ‘Hey everyone I’m back. Today is day six. I feel a bit emotional that it’s day six because tomorrow he’s going to be a week old.
‘I’m not sure if that’s just me, but I feel like I like it when its a day old or two days old. ‘It feels like it’s going really quickly already, which is a bit scary.’

Sharing details of her day, she continued: ‘Today I’ve had a bath, I’ve washed my hair. I’ve got out of pyjamas and put more pyjamas on. But I feel quite productive that I managed to get kids in school, pump, breastfeed, shower myself… it feels like a proper accomplishment.
‘I mean, I’m not sure when I used to fit more in my day than this, how I did it. But I feel like I’ve been really busy today!’
The This Morning presenter gushed over her newborn as she explained; ‘I just completely forgot how wonderful this baby bubble and how obsessed you get with these small people.

‘Currently people are asking how he’s doing? How he’s sleeping? He is the easiest member of the team. Obviously two kids still require things, P.E kits need to be ready and so on and so forth, they require more fuss than him.
‘So I’m just trying to rewind and think, when I just had one, life must have been really simple!’
The former Saturdays singer, who also shares daughters Alai-Mai, seven and three-year-old Valentina Raine with Marvin, 35, went on to discuss her breastfeeding journey, adding that it’s not been easy.

She explained: ‘He’s doing really well, he’s feeding well. This is my first time breastfeeding properly. It comes with challenges.
‘It’s not comfortable, but we’re getting comfortable. So I’m really persevering this time with all of these viruses and this, that and the other.’
Rochelle continued: ‘With the world being a bit of a scary place, I feel like I want to make sure he gets the best start and the best little immune system possible, so I’m really trying.

‘But, previously when I really tried, it just didn’t happen for me. But I’ve really made headway, He’s doing really well, he’s feeding really well. I’ve been expressing some too and actually loads more milk that I had before.
‘I feel like it’s sore, but I’m sticking with it. I feel like I can do it, you know? So I’ll keep you updated on that.’

Rochelle and Marvin’s happy news was announced on Monday’s This Morning, as Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield shared the first snaps of the adorable newborn, before Rochelle and Marvin posted on their social media channels shortly after.
The This Morning co-hosts revealed Blake was born at 8:44am weighing 8lbs 2oz.
Holly also read out a message from Rochelle, saying: ‘He is an absolute joy and has slotted in so well already. Marvin has got some serious competition.’
The heartwarming photos saw Rochelle cradling the newborn in her arms, as she lay in a hospital bed.

In another sweet snap, wide-eyed Blake stared straight into the camera with his gorgeous brown eyes while clad in a cream baby grow and wrapped in white blanket.
Shortly after the televised reveal, Marvin took to Instagram where he shared the photographs along with a sweet message of his own.
‘My son! My son!!! Feels so weird but amazing saying that. Blake Hampton Humes was born on Friday weighing 8 pounds 2 ounces. Rochelle is a superwoman..family complete.’
Rochelle announced on Easter Sunday in April that she was expecting her third child and shared a sweet post to her Instagram.
