They’re back! Foxtel thrills fans as it announces the return of Gogglebox Australia for 2021

Gogglebox Australia will be back for a new season in 2021.

Foxtel announced the news on Thursday, and confirmed fan favourites Matty and Sarah Marie Fahd will return to the show. 

The announcement was also made on Instagram and fans were thrilled. 

‘Best. News. Ever! Gogglebox is officially BACK in 2021,’ the post on the show’s official page read, along with a picture of best friends and Goggleboxers Anastasia and Faye celebrating. 

Bachelor star Laura Byrne commented with four flame emojis, while others said they were excited for the new season. 

‘Best laugh out loud show on TV,’ one fan wrote. 

Another added: ‘Horayyyyy.’

Goggleboxers Matty and Sarah Marie, Anastasia and Faye, Lee and Keith and Mick and Di will all be returning. 

Gogglebox airs on Foxtel’s LifeStyle channel and the show is a production for Foxtel and Network 10. 

Sarah Marie and Matty recently welcomed son Malik, 10 months, who appears on the latest season of the show.  

Last month, Sarah Marie told TV Week that she won’t let her son watch Married At First Sight when he’s old enough.

‘Oh, my sweet mercy – can you imagine? I think that’s going to be one of the show’s that’s banned in this house when he gets old enough,’ she said.

‘We’ll be like, “no, no, this is not how you want to live your life! This is not reality!”
