The 39-year-old ex-wife of former cricketer Michael Clarke posted a series of videos of her gruelling workout on Instagram Stories on Friday.
Sharing a selfie, Kyly captioned the photo, ‘Anytime… anywhere #fitness #wellness’, after travelling to Bathurst for the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 this weekend.

In one video, the former model showed off her very muscular physique in a pair of maroon exercise tights and a matching maroon tank top, which she wore tied at the waist.
A blue resistance band sat around her thighs as she enacted a series of squats with her hands clasped in front of her chest.
‘Training thighs and [peach emoji]… sit back,’ she captioned the video.

A second video showed her stepping from side to side with the resistance band still around her thighs.

For the final part of her workout, Kyly executed a series of squats while lifting a variety of heavy-looking weights.

On Thursday, it was reported that Kyly had been spotted kissing James in Bathurst, with sources telling The Daily Telegraph they are in a relationship.
‘It is early days but they are very happy,’ said a source.

The publication claimed Kyly and James, 40, first dated 20 years ago after meeting through friends and family.
She’s believed to have first met the champion driver when she was just 11, and they recently got back in contact via social media.
‘Kyly loves motorsports, it is something she has been passionate about since childhood,’ added the source.
