Freddie Flintoff’s wife Rachael was pictured out and about on Friday for the first time since revealing they had secretly welcomed their fourth child over Christmas.

The mother-of-four, 39, cut a casual figure as she pushed her youngest child, a son named Preston, in a buggy in Cheshire following the birth announcement in April.

Cricket star Freddie, 42, and former model Rachael also share children Holly, 16, Corey, 14, and Rocky, 12.

Rachael appeared relaxed as she wrapped up against the autumn chill in a thick dark grey cardigan, which she paired with black leggings and white trainers.

The entrepreneur left her blonde tresses loose and accessorised with gold hooped earrings, while she donned minimal make-up for the low-key outing.

Rachael’s outing may have also seen her pop to the shops as she was also seen clutching a blue disposable face mask in her hand.

In April, Freddie revealed the secret birth and his son’s name as he told talkSPORT: ‘Little Preston was born at Christmas – it is the first time I’ve actually spoken about it.’

The former England cricket captain and his wife paid tribute to his birthplace, Preston, by naming him after the Lancashire city.

The Top Gear presenter had been spending the coronavirus lockdown with his family at their home in Greater Manchester, and has loved spending more quality time with his newborn son.

A source told MailOnline: ‘They’re over the moon to be expecting again. It’s been exciting news for all the family.’

The ex-England cricketer, real name Andrew, who is an ambassador for Jacamo men’s clothing, was convinced him and Rachael wouldn’t have anymore children after the arrival of their youngest son Rocky.

In 2016 he said: ‘We thought about it. I originally wanted five but you have three and that felt like enough. I couldn’t go back to the nappy stage now.’

But three years on, Freddie and Rachael had decided to expand their brood once again.
