She crafted one of her famous chocolate caramel Mile-High cakes during a recent remote appearance on the Today Show.

And Martha Stewart revealed that after whipping up the dessert on the daytime talk show, she generously handed it over to actor and neighbor Richard Gere, 71.

‘He is a neighbor and he wanted the chocolate caramel mile high cake- we took it over to him and his family after the show !’ explained the 79-year-old food guru via Instagram on Thursday.

Martha and Richard, both, happen to reside in the affluent town of Bedford located in New York, an area that is also home to beloved Hollywood couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.

As per the town’s 2010 census, there are approximately 17,335 people residing in Bedford.

And being that Martha filmed her Today Show segment from home, getting the Mile-High cake into the Primal Fear star’s hands was a total breeze.

According to Stewart, Gere actually called her up on her house phone as she was putting the finishing touches on a delectable lemon curd layer cake, which she also whipped up on her episode of the Today Show on Wednesday.

In footage of Martha lightly toasting the cake’s meringue with a blowtorch, a phone can be heard ringing in the background. She then instructed one of her crew members to ‘get that.’

‘By the way the phone call was from my neighbor @richardgereofficial’ stated Martha in her post’s caption.

Cake Perfection features Martha’s ‘golden rules for cake baking,’ including how to properly prep, successful cake assembly, and more.

This is not the first time Martha has opened up about having some very famous neighbors.

She told People in 2017 that she had become ‘good friends’ with Blake and Ryan, who are raising their three daughters, James, five, Inez, four, and one-year-old Betty, in Bedford.

Martha added: ‘[Blake] came with her kids for Christmas, it was very nice.’

She went on to describe Bedford as a ‘nice neighborhood’ with the perfect blend of people and lifestyles.

‘There’s celebrities, but then there are a lot of really nice non-celebrity neighbors too,’ concluded Stewart.
