‘He’s in love with that girl!’ Zac Efron may stay in Australia permanently after falling for girlfriend Vanessa Valladares, says radio host who attended his 33rd birthday party

Rumours have swirled that Hollywood hunk Zac Efron is planning to permanently relocate to Australia as his relationship with Vanessa Valladares continues to grow.

And on Monday, radio host Kyle Sandilands revealed there might be some truth to the speculation as he spoke about his attendance at Zac’s star-studded 33rd birthday bash in Byron Bay on Sunday with his KIIS FM co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson.

Offering rare insight into the American star’s romance with the Australian beauty, the 49-year-old divulged: ‘He absolutely loves Australia. He’s in love with this girl, Vanessa! They’re a beautiful couple. They do everything together. They’re just sweet.’

‘He’s in love with that girl!’ Hollywood hunk Zac Efron may be planning to relocate to Australia after falling head over heels for his model girlfriend, Vanessa Valladares, who organised his surprise 33rd birthday bash in Byron Bay on Sunday

In a bid to get more scope on the hot young couple, Jackie asked whether the Hollywood hunk and the former waitress display a lot of PDA [public display of affection].

Kyle noted: ‘They weren’t overboard. You know when you see a young couple macking on [kissing] in Westfields, and you’re like, “oh please!” It’s not like that!

‘They seem really sweet and really settled and nice,’ he added.

Kyle also explained that Zac had ‘no idea’ that the party was happening and it was actually Vanessa who had organised the surprise event.

‘Vanessa invited me. You couldn’t get a lovelier, sweeter girl. She knew everything, and she put everything together. She’s a sweetheart.’

Kyle also added that the vibe of Zac’s party was ‘pretty chill’ and got busy towards the end.

He said that he didn’t get a chance to meet the Hemsworth brothers as they made a late arrival, but he did meet their equally hunky dad, Craig.

Shock jock Kyle did, however, express that he felt out of place due to his all-black ensemble, while the other guests looked stylish in their ‘mushroom and white-coloured linen ensembles’.

As well as Kyle and his girlfriend Tegan Kynaston, the likes of Australian tennis champion Pat Rafter and television personality Renee Bargh were also on the star-studded guest list for Zac’s party.

Zac was first reported to be quietly living in the beachside town of Byron Bay since March, escaping the Covid-19 pandemic in the United States.

In August, Daily Mail Australia revealed that he cancelled his scheduled flight to Los Angeles.

‘He was only planning to fly home if he had to,’ a source revealed. ‘He didn’t really want to go back to America.’

Zac had purchased the plane ticket several months ago in case his application for a visa extension was denied by the Department of Home Affairs.

But it seems his request to have his tourist visa extended from three months to 12 months was granted, hence why he cancelled his trip home.

In September, The Daily Telegraph reported that Zac had ‘inspected and put in an offer’ on a home in Byron Bay, but was apparently outbid at the last minute by a rival buyer.

But in recent weeks, Zac is rumoured to be the mystery buyer of a record-breaking $22million mansion near Wategos Beach.
