Jessica Simpson reminisces about pregnancy while at a pumpkin patch

She welcomed daughter Birdie 19 months ago.

And Jessica Simpson reflected on her 2019 pregnancy on Wednesday, when the singer took to Instagram to document her recent trip to a Los Angeles pumpkin patch.

In her photo, the 40-year-old Dukes of Hazzard actress posed while holding a huge pumpkin at belly height.

Take me back: Jessica Simpson reflected on her 2019 pregnancy on Wednesday, when the singer took to Instagram to document her recent trip to a Los Angeles pumpkin patch

The mother-of-three captioned the post: ‘Cali Pumpkin Pick’n. [JACK-O-LANTERN EMOJI] (When you get your weekly updates while pregnant and your 40 week one states that your baby is the size of a small pumpkin…this was the size of Birdie at 5 months!)’

Jessica famously shed 100 lbs after weighing 240 lbs in 2019.

The singer and designer is married to former NFL pro Eric Johnson, 41, and the couple have three children together – son Ace, seven, and daughters Maxwell, eight, and Birdie Mae, one.

Meanwhile on Tuesday, Jessica happily flaunted her figure, posting a saucy snap to her Instagram.

In the photo, she’s seen posing in an armchair wearing just a black bodysuit and a pair of zebra heels.

She sits with her bare legs crossed as she leans to one side to give a glimpse of her cleavage.

Her bottle blonde hair is loose and tousled and she’s made up with black eye-liner and pink lip color.

In the accompanying caption, Simpson, 40, wrote: ‘Pandemic date nights look a little different these days. No pants required.’

Simpson is clearly proud of her shape after working out again and giving up alcohol.

She had tipped the scales at about 240lbs after giving birth to her third child in March 2019.

She turned to her longtime trainer Harley Pasternak for help in reclaiming her figure after three pregnancies in eight years.

Her routine centered on five daily tasks: getting in her walking steps, exercise, eating healthy, getting at least seven hours of sleep and unplugging from technology for an hour.

‘The difference between this and the other times was that she worked out, yes, but her transformation was more about what she did on her own time,” Pasternak told People.

‘She was so motivated and positive. She was saying that her body has not belonged to her for the past decade. Not in a bad way, in a positive way — her body has been designated to create life and now it’s hers again and she’s going to make it fantastic in a really enjoyable way.’

Simpson, who was previously married to boybander Nick Lachey, has her own Jessica Simpson Collection which retails activewear, clothing, handbags, sunglasses, accessories, jewelry, shoes and fragrances.
