Dancing On Ice’s Lady Leshurr gets a fright in haunted prison in Ghost Bus Tours

She has admitted she is ‘petrified’ to compete in the upcoming season of Dancing On Ice.

But Lady Leshurr got an even bigger fright while on a ghost hunting mission to one of Eastern Europe’s most haunted places for new ITV show Ghost Bus Tours.

The rapper, 30, was left to spend the night in Kerotas Prison after learning about ghosts from unhinged witnesses and experts in the lead-up to Halloween.

Leshurr, whose real name is Melesha Katrina O’Garro, is joined in the spooky prison by comedian Darren Harriott and reality TV personality Jordan Davies.

In a clip for the brand new comedy travelogue, Leshurr is filmed using a night vision camera while sitting in a pitch-black room after she has been abandoned in the prison.

As she readies herself to summon a spirit, she says: ‘If I cry it doesn’t make me any less of a woman than I am OK?’

The Dancing On Ice star then begins to wind a small music box, which rings out with a high-pitched creepy tune.

She looks around the room in fear and whispers ‘please don’t take my flesh’ as she waits for something supernatural to happen.

The star screams as she stops the music and says she ‘feels a presence’ before jumping out of her skin after seeing something move past the doorway.

Another creepy clip sees the trio walking in the dark down a hallway in the prison when an empty wheelchair rolls into view.

Before the scare, Jordan, 28, is heard joking: ‘Dude I’ve stayed in some pretty bad Premier Inns and that was worse than anything.’

Leshurr rounds the corner to be greeted by the moving wheelchair, causing her to scream and leg-it back down the hallway.

As the stars walk around the wheelchair, Jordan says: ‘You want to run but you can’t.’

Darren, 32, agrees with his co-star, saying: ‘Yeah you can’t run, it’s too dark.’

In the show, the three celebrities are led by the Ghost Bus Tour guide Anton, a super freaky local who introduces the trio to ghost experts and witnesses.

The three stars’ goal is to summon three disturbing spirits, a cannibal who used to eat his cellmates, a demon cleaner who extracts the souls of only buff men and a sadistic scientist who was x-rayed to death by vengeful patients.

When the stars are abandoned in the creepy prison after speaking to the experts, they have no doubt in their minds that the spirits are real and should not be annoyed.

But Ghost Bus Tours is not the only ITV show that Leshurr has signed up for, as she is equally as ‘petrified’ to compete in Dancing On Ice.

She joins a slew of stars including Rebekah Vardy, Jason Donovan, Myleene Klass and Denise Van Outen, who will take to the ice when the ITV show returns to screens next year.

The star joined Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely on KISS Radio breakfast show last month to announce the news, admitting she’s already ‘petrified’ of taking to the rink.

She said: ‘Oh my gosh I don’t what I’ve got myself in for but everyone knows me to be that person to just throw myself in at the deep end and I just wing it a lot of the time

‘I’m petrified, (but) I’ve always wanted to ice skate so what’s better than doing it in front of millions of people. I’m looking forward to having a new skill, (skating) backwards and just showing off in front of my friends.’

The star said although she can dance, she has only skated ‘once or twice’ when she was younger and even then was scared of falling and someone ‘running over my fingers’.

Leshurr revealed that she had to keep the news a secret from her family, saying: ‘I kept it quiet, you see with me I like to always surprise, especially my family, I like to always surprise them.

‘I’ll be like ”Yeah turn it onto channel, whatever”, and they’ll be like ”Oh my gosh!”, that’s what I love to do so I always keep the secrets just in case I blow it.’

Leshurr is most well-known for her Queen’s Speech series of freestyles raps, with the fourth becoming the most popular in 2016.

Alongside performing with Olly Murs on The X Factor in 2018, she also competed on Celebrity Masterchef earlier this year.

Ghost Bus Tours is set to air next Thursday at 9pm on ITV2.
