There’s always been bizarre rumours regarding Shane’s passion for the tinned baked bean.

In 1998, it was reported that Cricket Australia had a Qantas flight deliver 1,900 tins of baked beans and spaghetti to the Australian team while they were on tour in India.

In a bizarre twist, it was reported that Shane had personally demanded the supplies for himself.

Gruelling: Jackson is currently appearing on the Channel Seven's SAS Australia, where it was this week revealed to the nation that he'd only tried '10 foods' his entire life

But during his appearance on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2016, Shane dismissed the rumours once and for all.

He said: ‘Everyone thought I was desperate for baked beans, and it just sort of stuck for the last 20 years.

‘We got a few cans each and gave the rest away to all the Indians.’

SAS Australia continues Monday at 7:30pm on Channel Seven
