‘He is making her life lighter through this transition and deterring her away from feeling upset,’ the source said of Dye.

‘Jeff has helped put her in a good headspace and he is stoked on her and thinks she’s so beautiful and sexy.’

Cavallari, who found fame back in 2004 on MTV’s reality show Laguna Beach, tied the knot with NFL quarterback Cutler, 37, in 2013 after three years of dating.

But the marriage appeared to become strained after Cutler retired from professional football in 2017 and this past April, the couple announced their plans to divorce.

They continue to co-parent their children – sons Camden, eight, and Jaxon, six, and daughter Saylor, four.

The exes reunited to celebrate Halloween together as a family.

Cavallari shared a photo to social media showing the five dressed up and sitting on a front porch together.

The reality star has also recently said she plans to spend Thanksgiving with her estranged husband and their kids.

In September, she spoke to people about the divorce, explaining: ‘It didn’t happen overnight. We tried really, really hard for years and years. It was the hardest decision I’ve ever made. I still care so much about him and talk to him almost every day.’
