Sophie Wessex earned herself a Pudsey badge this week after baking 55 scones for BBC Children in Need.
The Countess, 55, gave royal fans a glimpse of her kitchen at Bagshot Park in Surrey, where she resides with her husband Prince Edward and their children Lady Louise Windsor, 17, and James, Viscount Severn, 12, as she took part in the Act Your Age challenge.
In a video shared by the Royal Family on its Twitter page, Sophie baked a hearty batch of cheese and bacon scones.
Sporting a white apron over a blue and white floral dress with her hair scooped into a low ponytail, the Queen’s daughter-in-law revealed she was taking part in the challenge for Girlguiding UK, of which she is president.

To celebrate Pudsey’s 40th year, the organisation is asking all its members to take their age and do something good with it and raise money for Children in Need.
Sophie explained: ‘I’ve decided to make cheesy scones. Cheese and bacon scones, actually, which is all very well if you’re 10 years old. I’m not 10 years old!
‘So I’ve got to make 55 cheese and bacon scones. I’m going to get on and make these scones because they’re not going to make themselves.’
The Countess then got busy, pouring flour into a bowl, cracking eggs and mixing up her ingredients before glazing the scones and popping them in the oven.

Sophie gave fans a glimpse of her freshly baked cheese and bacon scones – all 55 of them – on cooling racks
The camera, which up until this point had focused on Sophie standing at the kitchen worktop by her sink, then cut to another part of the room, showing racks of the delicious-looking baked scones.
‘So that’s 55 cheese and bacon scones all complete,’ Sophie said proudly. ‘They smell amazing. I hope they taste good too.’
She then urged others to take part in the Act Your Age challenge.
Sophie’s scones were then delivered to The Hope Hub Camberley, a charity supporting homeless people in Surrey.
The Royal Family Twitter account shared an additional tweet, writing: ‘Well done to everyone who has taken part in some marvellous #ActYourAge challenges!’

Sophie recently went into self-isolation for two weeks after coming into contact with someone who later tested positive for Covid-19, however palace officials said in a statement that she was not experiencing any symptoms.
This week she and Prince Edward attended a service at the National Memorial Arboretum in Stafford to commemorate Armistice Day on November 11.
Baking has also been a popular activity during lockdown for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their children.

During a visit to family-run Smiths the Bakers in June, which serves the Queen’s Sandringham Estate in King’s Lynn, he joked that Prince George, seven, Princess Charlotte, five, and Prince Louis, two, have been ‘attacking the kitchen’.
He told owners Paul and Teresa Brandon: ‘I’ve done a little bit of baking… The children have been attacking the kitchen and it’s just been an explosion of flour and chocolate everywhere.
‘Catherine’s been doing quite a bit of baking [over lockdown].’
He added that he is worried about the toll on the nation’s waistline, joking: ‘I think we’ve all eaten so many cakes and chocolate
‘All the NHS team, they’re so grateful, all the local communities have been giving them loads and loads of sweets and chocolate, which is great for them.
‘They must be enormous now and brushing their teeth five times a day, with the amount of sugar.’
